Fall/Winter 2026-2027 Registration
Important Account and Documentation Requirements

To ensure your eligibility for registration, any new skater account, account modification, or update of required documents must be completed and submitted to the club at least 48 hours before the opening of the applicable registration period.

The club must be notified of any account creation or modification so that the necessary registration permissions can be assigned. If the club is not notified at least 48 hours before registration opens, the skater will not be able to register because the required permissions will not have been added to their account.

Carte Loisirs Requirement

A valid Saint-Laurent Carte Loisirs 

is required to create and maintain any skater account.

Please note that the Saint-Laurent borough Leisure Card management system is not linked to the club’s registration system. Therefore, parents or guardians are responsible for providing the club with a copy of any new or renewed Leisure Card.

As part of preparations for the upcoming season, we have identified that some Leisure Card expiration dates may not have been recorded correctly in our database. To keep your file up to date and ensure you receive the resident rate, please send us a copy of your current Leisure Card so that we can update your records.

Important

  • A valid Leisure Card must be on file to qualify for the resident rate. 
  • Any Leisure Card expiring before September 30, 2026 must be renewed and submitted to the club before registration.
  • If no valid Leisure Card is on file at the time of registration, the non-resident rate will be applied.
  • No adjustments or refunds will be issued after registration has been finalized..UPLOAD LINK TO NOTIFY THE CLUB OF AN UPDATED CARTE LOISIRS.

Pre-Registration

Reserved for members registered during the Fall/Winter 2025-2026 season. New eligible family members may also register during this period, provided their account has been created and approved according to the requirements above.

Open to new members as well as returning members who were registered during the Fall/Winter 2025-2026 season.

Private Sessions :

Parents are responsible for selecting their preferred coach. Coach list.

Parents must confirm that their coach is available before completing registration for ice time.

  • A $5 administrative fee applies to changes requested within 24 hours of registration.
  • A $25 administrative fee applies to any session change request made after the 24-hour window.
  • Coaching fees are paid directly to the coach.
Please note that if you have an outstanding balance, you will not be able to register for a program until the balance has been paid.

  • Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with the registration policy.

Second-Club Skaters 

 

Registration as a second club member (home club other than CPA Saint-Laurent) is not possible during the Fall/Winter session.

Please take the time to review your choices during the registration process. All sessions remain visible even when full so that you can place your name on the waiting list. The system provides sufficient time to complete the registration process, so there is no need to rush your selections.

You can verify that your registration was completed by checking your invoice or calendar tab. If the registration process was completed correctly, your selected sessions will appear on both your invoice and calendar.

If you choose to pay online by credit card and the transaction is declined, please do not attempt the transaction again immediately. Contact your credit card provider for more information about the decline before retrying. Please note that the transaction will remain in your cart for at least 15 minutes.

If the card continues to be declined, please email the club (cpa.stlaurent@gmail.com) and we will try to hold your place while you resolve the issue with your credit card provider.

REGISTRATION

You are responsible to provide copies of all updated information via email (cpa.stlaurent@gmail.com) 48 houres BEFORE registration:
  • Borough issued documents for Low-income families wishing to benefit from a discount. (Fall-Winter session only)
The Saint Laurent issued Carte Loisirs is mandatory for the creation and update of any skater account. The Saint Laurent borough carte loisir system is not linked to the club registration system. Parents must submit a copy of any update to the club a minimum of 48 hours prior to the registration. Registrations which have been completed without providing the mandatory documents and a confirmation of the account update will not receive the associated discounts. In accordance with the borough policies, no adjustments will be issued once the registration has been finalized by the account holder.
